By placing an order for physical hardware via margo-fischer.de, operated by ТОВ "МЕДІПРАЙМ", you legally accept these terms of physical commerce:

1. Hardware Functionality

The units are strictly physical, offline environments for data retention. ТОВ "МЕДІПРАЙМ" does NOT offer financial trading platforms, digital asset exchanges, swaps, or custody services. The product is sold "as-is" for local, offline data security.

2. Liability Limits

ТОВ "МЕДІПРАЙМ" is not responsible for data loss due to physical damage to the hardware post-delivery, lost PIN codes, or compromised offline recovery phrases by the end-user. The responsibility of securing the physical device rests entirely with the purchaser.

3. Physical Warranty

Units are covered by a standard 24-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects under standard offline usage conditions. Contact support for RMA processing.
